Depending on the simulation being used and the range of activities at an ABW program your judging tasks may include the following:
Trade Display- Video Commercial
- Written Company Report
- Oral Presentation
As a judge at an ABW program your particular specialties, your industry, academic and worldly knowledge is valued by the students. They will have worked hard over an intensive one week period and grappled with a demanding work load. In presenting their acheivements to you they see critical assesment but also praise and recognition where appropriate. In critiquing their efforts be aware of their lack of experience and be sensitive of your comments. Be constructive and if you have to correct errors suggest better alternatives so that students will learn from the criticism.
