The simulations
ABW simulations place participants in the hot seat of running an enterprise. They must make decisions that will affect the future of the virtual business. By making decisions and rectifying errors, participants gain an understanding of risk and business strategies and develop important skills.
Regardless of the simulation, the ABW challenge is to take over an established business, and make the necessary decisions to run the business within a simulated marketplace. During simulations, participants assume the key roles of the company's management.
